Community Outreach

Service is a core value of Keene State College, a principle that dates back to its founding in 1909. The College is an integral part of the greater Keene community. Students, faculty, and staff live here, work here, volunteer here, and are invested in the social and economic health of the Monadnock region.

Arts & Entertainment

The Redfern Arts Center is home to a thriving arts scene, hosting concerts, recitals, theatrical performances, and dance by nationally renowned artists as well as KSC students and faculty.

The Thorne-Sagendorph Art Gallery hosts traveling exhibits and works of regional artists. The smaller Carroll House Gallery hosts an eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary works.

The Putnam Arts Lecture Hall is home to the KSC Film Society, which screens popular, international, and indie films year-round.
